Skills and Requirements:

• At least 3 years proven work experience in the Construction industry
• Familiarity with power and hand tools like Ceramic Tile Cutter, Bandsaw, and Air Compressor

• Understanding of different tiles available in the market, such as porcelain tiles, glass tiles, and metal tiles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work for long, flexible hours and on weekends

Job Responsibilities:

• Attends to repairs of damaged/cracked surfaces, which may include gypsum work, plastering, stonework, block work, walls and floors, ceramic tiling and marble works.
• Attends to repairs and painting of all surfaces, walls, floors, facades, ceilings and equipment both indoor and outdoor with either enamel, emulsion or other special paints as required to match existing finish.
• Carries out spray painting of equipment, furniture or related surfaces as required.

• Possession of relevant certifications and licenses related to electrical systems and safety.
• Valid UAE driving license.
